The term cerebral refers to the brain; palsy refers to the loss or impairment of motor function.
This App which is the first of its kind with information about Cerebral Palsy was created and launched by Cerebral Palsy Lanka Foundation (CPLF), which is the first and the only organization for children with Cerebral Palsy in Sri Lanka, was established with a view for caring and supporting children with Cerebral Palsy.
